Let and rent and letting only if required professional inventory the fee are:

1 bed property £50
2 bed property £75
3 bedroom plus property £100

Protecting the deposit £65+ Vat for Fully managed and let/ rent

£95+ VAT for Let only

Additional inspections £25 + VAT

Copy of documents £10 + VAT

Attending court £25 + VAT per half hour

Issuing notice for let/ rent and Let only £100 + VAT per notice served

Checkout for non-managed property £50+ VAT

Our fully managed service includes:

  • Marketing the property on all portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, on the market and prime location) and our website and social media.
  • Once a tenant has been found, Full referencing checks will be carried out. The rent guarantee policy will be provided for Free for the first 6 months. This is to guarantee if the tenants fail to pay the rent then insurance will cover it, along with any legal expensive.
  • Once these have come back as satisfactory contracts will be drawn up.
  • A professional inventory will be carried out for Free. This is to safe guard your property and can be used as evidence to show the condition of the property at the start of the tenancy. this can be used in a dispute if needed for the deposit.
  • Keys will then be handed to the tenants and a check in will be carried out.
  • Rent will be collected and chased if needs be.
  • Property inspections will be carried out every 3 months. This is to check the general condition of the property.
  • Check out. This is where the inventory is used to check the condition of the property when the tenants vacate. Meter readings are taken, and keys are collected.
