We will update on any rent payments and defaults with a full management service report to date.

Duncan Phillips Property Management team will deal with any disputes, as well as assisting with the transfer of utility accounts.

We work with Block Manager Partners on behalf of both leaseholders and freeholders to maintain the care of communal areas, insurance claims, maintenance issues and major works schedules.
