Although Duncan Phillips is probably best known for it's very successful Residential and Commercial Sales and Lettings little may be known about it's extensive Residential and Commercial Management along with it's Block Management Portfolio. We currently collect Rents and Ground Rents on over 600 properties and have 60 block management sites that have anything between 4 and 50 flats within each block.

Service Charge
Our portfolio consists of the following: day to day property management, large insurance portfolio, individual bank accounts for each managed property, 24 Hour Response services, 24 Hour emergency contact line, ground rent collections and residential / commercial rent collections. A team of five manage approximately 70 blocks of properties across most of England.

Residential Management
Whilst there have been changes within our portfolio of managed properties we continue to increase our management  throughout  the South East.  With our strong connections with prestigious companies we are instructed from the planning stage to assess service charge to enable a solicitor pack preparation prior to the sale of the newly built apartments.

Commercial Management
The company has a team of three staff collecting commercial rents on all forms of commercial investments.

Ground Rents
A team of three people manage a vast portfolio of ground rents which involve not only the collection of ground rents and insurance but also the handling of lease extensions, disputes etc.

Duncan Phillips have a bespoke policy that has been developed over the past 20 years to cover all eventualities and the policy is specially written for landlords. We are Financial Services Authority (FSA) registered.

We have a team of three staff headed by our Financial Controller, Margaret Taylor, and the company’s accounts procedure operates within the RICS Code of Conduct.
